About Natasha…
I’ve always been fascinated by human potential.
The quiet knowing people carry inside them about who they are, what they’re capable of, and the meaningful work they feel called towards — even when fear, overwhelm or life experience has made them doubt it.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, psychology, visibility and purpose.
Part business mentor.
Part brand strategist.
Part coach.
Part mirror.
I support wellness practitioners, creatives and purpose-led founders to build businesses that feel aligned, impactful and financially sustainable — without losing themselves in the process.
Because whilst the wellness world often talks about purpose and passion, the reality is: building meaningful work can feel incredibly vulnerable, lonely and overwhelming at times.
Especially when you’re trying to:
» help others whilst neglecting yourself
» navigate visibility in a noisy online world
» turn your gifts into sustainable income
» hold onto your integrity whilst trying to grow
I know that tension deeply.
Before founding Brighton Wellness Festival, I spent over a decade working across brand strategy, marketing, partnerships, events and community-building.
Over the years, I’ve worked with founders, wellness brands and purpose-led businesses at many different stages of growth — helping people clarify their positioning, strengthen their visibility, build aligned offers and reconnect with the deeper “why” behind their work.
But the deeper truth underneath all of this is:
I don’t believe people need more pressure, hustle or performative marketing.
I believe people need:
» clarity
» support
» confidence
» aligned strategy
» meaningful connection
» and businesses that actually support their nervous systems and lives
That’s the space I aim to create.
Whether through 1:1 coaching, strategy sessions, community spaces or collaborative programmes, my intention is always the same:
To help good people doing meaningful work feel more supported, more visible and more empowered to grow sustainably.
Because the world genuinely needs more thoughtful, values-led people stepping fully into their work.
And none of us are meant to figure it all out alone.
Let’s connect:
HOW I GOT HERE...
My story with holistic health and wellbeing begins with my Mum passing away when I was 11. This defining moment changed the course of my life, with the subsequent shockwaves being something that my family and I are still working through, more than 20 years later.
Grief is an intense feeling to understand and process as a child. Equally, trauma is a knotty and complicated beast to unpick physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually – which led me onto this path of seeking information and support across all those planes.
Over the years I’ve worked with a myriad of nutritionists, therapists, hypnotherapists, psychics, career counsellors, breath work leaders, sales coaches, mediums, reiki practitioners, dream experts, brand consultants, acupuncturists, human design readers, herbalists, doulas, shamans, astrologers and energy workers.
Each person I have worked with or been guided by has had a great influence on my work as a coach, as unknowingly, I’ve been accumulating an incredibly varied education in personal, professional and spiritual development for more than a decade. My insatiable thirst for knowledge in these areas continues to be my fuel.
My story (ultimately my grief) has become my driving force, as I truly believe there is opportunity for growth in every sadness – if – we chose to work with it. The deepest wounds in my life have certainly directed me towards understanding, compassion and connection, and leaning into my experience after much suffering has given me my real purpose.
